These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pkr47 ("pkr47", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr47 website located at pkr47.vip, including all associated services, features, applications, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pkr47 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the pkr47 Platform.

These Terms apply alongside any specific rules applicable to particular games, promotions, or bonus offers published on the pkr47 Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or promotion only.

The pkr47 Platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

pkr47 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where a player cannot provide satisfactory verification, pkr47 may suspend or permanently close the relevant account and withhold any associated funds pending further investigation.

• Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the pkr47 Platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

All financial transactions on the pkr47 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• pkr47 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by method and account tier.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. pkr47 aims to process JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals within 5–30 minutes of request confirmation. Bank transfer and card withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day.
• pkr47 reserves the right to request identity verification documents ("KYC") before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
• pkr47 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkr47 accepts no responsibility.
• All accounts are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. pkr47 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

pkr47 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all pkr47 bonuses:

• Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page. These must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money PKR funds until applicable wagering requirements are met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are satisfied in full.
• pkr47 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, particularly where pkr47 suspects abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Each promotional offer is available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account closure.

All bets and game outcomes on pkr47 are final once confirmed, except in circumstances where pkr47 determines that a technical error, pricing error, or system fault affected the outcome. In such cases, pkr47 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr47 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC processes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or bonus structures in bad faith.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes on live or multi-player formats.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

All content on the pkr47 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game mechanics, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr47 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pkr47 content without prior written consent from pkr47.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr47 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption. pkr47's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits pkr47's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
